At 2ELLE ENGINEERING, every stage of the project is meticulously monitored. From the initial design phase, including feasibility analysis and risk management (DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP), to machining with rigorous controls (PPAP, MSA), we employ advanced tools such as CMM and anthropomorphic arms to guarantee absolute precision.
During the painting process, we employ statistical process control (SPC) techniques and closely monitor the system parameters. Each rim undergoes internal testing to ensure a flawless and long-lasting finish. Our laboratory constantly tests the adhesion and durability of the paint, ensuring the highest quality.
In addition to our internal controls, we collaborate with accredited external laboratories to perform specific tests on mechanical resistance and painting. From rotary bending tests to salt spray tests, as well as impact and heat shock tests, we ensure that our products meet the highest standards of strength and durability.
