– Commit to continuous improvement of the environmental management system in order to increase its environmental performance;

– Provide human resources, professional expertise, and adequate financial resources by assigning roles and responsibilities to department heads and those responsible for implementing and monitoring the operation of the environmental management system;

– Evaluate business processes and activities in order to improve and sustain competitiveness and increase leadership in domestic and international markets, with a view to innovation and continuous technological improvement from a pollution prevention perspective and considering the life cycle perspective;

– Carefully evaluate the aspects inherent in future business developments, making choices, including technological ones, in favor of solutions that provide greater guarantees in terms of protecting workers’ health and respecting the environment;

– Ensure the involvement and participation of all personnel in fully sharing the company’s policy and objectives in order to develop a culture oriented toward environmental protection and the maintenance and development of safe working conditions;

– Disseminate and promote the principles of this policy to suppliers and contractors, encouraging them to maintain behaviors consistent with it;

– Pursue an open and constructive attitude toward workers, customers, suppliers, public authorities and, in general, all interested parties.
